Roof with Solar PV & Solar Thermal

A Client in Mississauga retained the services of TrinityEng to investigate the existing roof of their building. The work involved investigations, test cuts and review of the existing storm management systems.

Re-design and replacement of the roofing systems, roof entrances and metal cladding were determined to reduce leaks and improve building energy-efficiency. TrinityEng then prepared plans for the installation of rooftop Solar PV and Solar Thermal systems as part of the roofing project.

Following the completion of the project, the Client now benefits from a new roof with improved integrity, increased efficiency and extended lifespan. The Client continues to benefit from the use of solar energy for both electricity and water heating; reducing annual natural gas and electricity costs.
