Building Envelope

Upgrading the exterior of a building can have significant benefits in terms of energy use and aesthetics.

TrinityEng worked with a Client in Mississauga to design, tender and manage the repair and re-coating of the building’s exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), as well as repair and/or replace windows, insulate metal panels, and conduct major brickworks repair and expansion seals as required.

By restoring the building envelope of the building, the Client enjoys reduced leaks, reduced energy consumption and an increase in property value.
