Heating Plant (Boilers) Replacement

A local hotel was interested in upgrading their existing heating plant and contacted TrinityEng to provide an assessment and recommendations.

After identifying several project options, TrinityEng worked with the Client to select the most suitable project direction based on energy-efficiency, budget and timeline requirements.

Following completion of the design, TrinityEng managed the tender and construction process working closely with the Contractor to ensure the installation met all design goals and operating parameters.

The high-efficiency boilers installed now provide the hotel with a natural gas savings of more than $12,000 per year and redundant heating options.

TrinityEng also worked with the Client to secure an incentive from the local utility provider for the project.
